What is a widget?
A widget is any multi-media tool that you embed into your page; examples can include videos, audio clips, calendars, RSS feeds, etc. You can goodle search 'widgets' or search for something more specific like 'song list widget' etc. Your goal is to find the 'embed' option; most sites will include an HTML code that you can copy and paste into your 'insert widget HTML' option on the page and viola!
Two examples that I have used on our page are the countdown clock and the song from www.grooveshark.com
